Intern implementation team Nature For Health
I'm Franziska Piarowski , and I am a master's student in Behavioral Change Radboud University . I'm doing an internship at Nature For Health after having previously completed an internship at Lentekracht. During my internship I researched how practitioners in mental health care institutions can best be motivated to conduct more treatments outdoors in greenery. During my internship, and perhaps afterwards, I will contribute to #SamenBlokjeOmdenken Gelderland. This initiative is very appealing because it combines awareness to the mental health of young people and attention to nature. In my spare time I also like to be active in nature. I like to walk and do Yoga and I like to cook vegetarian meals with friends.

James van Veen
Intern at Lentekracht
James is a master student in Urban Environmental Management at Wageningen University. I am doing an internship at Lentekracht and I have a passion for sustainability. During my internship as part of the student team of SBO Gelderland, I will help expand SBO to the province of Gelderland. I think it is an important initiative because I am concerned about the increase in the number of mental health complaints among young people and in general. At the same time, our nature is under threat and young people can contribute to this. So it would be nice if we could solve two serious problems with one initiative; at least, we can try!

Tim den Brok
Intern at Lentekracht
My name is Tim den Brok and I'm at Yuverta MBO Nijmegen, where I do the City and People course. In this direction I am very much concerned with sustainability and how you can plan or make different products but also activities in a sustainable and circular manner. I am doing an internship at Lentekracht for 10 weeks. One of the projects I will be working on during this period is SBO Gelderland with a number of other students. When I was told that many students had a lot of mental health problems due to COVID, but also rarely go out into nature, I wanted to help with this. We therefore strive for fun activities to help young people but also our nature a hand!

Ted Dingemans
Intern at Lentekracht
My name is Ted Dingemans. I am studying Geography, Planning and Environment in Nijmegen and am doing an internship at Lentekracht for half a year. During my internship I will contribute to helping launch SBO Gelderland. SBO is a great initiative that wants to help both young people and nature move forward and I would like to contribute wherever possible!
